Before we start
We confirm the scope, the window count, and the price. If we see hard-water damage, paint, or glass conditions that cleaning cannot fix, we tell you before we begin.
While we work
Drop cloths and shoe covers. Furniture moved carefully and put back. Screens removed and reinstalled. Tracks wiped, not skipped. Glass dried with a squeegee, not a rag.
Before we leave
A final walk-through in the light. If something is not right, we fix it before we pack up. If you spot it within 48 hours, text us a photo and we will come back.

If you spot a streak or a missed spot within 48 hours, text us a photo. We will return and fix it free.
The guarantee covers cleaning work: streaks, missed spots, and detail areas included in your quote. It does not cover hard-water etching, scratches, damaged seals, paint, or glass conditions that cleaning cannot fix. We will tell you honestly before we start.
Proof has to be real.
Before-and-after photos are powerful. They are also easy to fake. We will only publish photos from real jobs, with the customer’s permission. Until then, this site uses original illustration — not someone else’s work.
