Privacy
A simple policy.
What we collect, why we collect it, and how to ask us to delete it.
Quote requests
When you send a quote request, we collect the name, phone number, email, neighborhood, window information, and any message or photo you choose to send. We use it only to respond to your request, prepare a quote, and coordinate service.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We may share it with a scheduling or payment provider only when needed to deliver the service you requested.
Photos
We do not publish customer photos without permission. If you send a photo for a quote, it is used for the quote and service record, not marketing, unless you separately agree.
Retention and deletion
We keep quote and job records only as long as needed for scheduling, warranty, and business records. To request deletion, email hello@bricktownshine.com.
